CANCELLATION POLICY
cancellation & late policy to respect my time and other clients, i require advance notice for any cancellations or reschedules. cancellations/reschedules: • less than 48 hours (but more than 24 hours) before your appointment: 50% of the service total will be charged. • within 24 hours of your appointment: 100% of the service total will be charged, plus a cancellation fee. • no-shows: treated as a within-24-hour cancellation and charged accordingly. late arrivals: • i offer a 15-minute grace period. • if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be canceled and rescheduled to avoid running into the next client’s time. • if your appointment is canceled due to lateness, it will be treated as a late cancellation and the applicable fees will apply.
